The Challenge:

With four locations in Ocean City and Virginia Beach, the Taphouse folks are experts in pouring and pairing. Each location offers 35+ craft beers on tap, and menu items to compliment each one. They pride themselves on being a local hangout for all ages, and it was our job to translate that into engaging content across all social platforms. 

Our award-winning photography mirrored Taphouse's commitment to great food, effectively increasing engagement on all Facebook posts. Carefully curated boosted posts and Facebook ads also helped increase restaurant visits at all locations. 

We amped up Taphouse's customer service by being ultra-responsive to Google and Facebook reviews. No bad review was left untouched; we made each customer feel their concerns were being addressed, and urged them to give Taphouse another try. This improved their overall image and aided in increasing local awareness by 6%. 

No marketing makeover is complete without a graphic design facelift. The team created menus, advertisements, business cards, and table markers that were eye-catching, informative and easy to consume. Speaking of consuming... We're getting hungry!
